Red Kidney Bean Turkey Chili


  • 1 can red kidney beans
  • 1/2 pound ground turkey
  • 3 onions sautéed to golden brown and blended
  • 2 cups fresh tomato puree
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon green cardamom powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Red Kidney Bean Turkey Chili Directions

  1. Heat oil and add blended onions.
  2. Add the tomato puree and sauté it.
  3. Add the cumin powder, red chili powder, cardamom powder, yogurt and salt.
  4. Cook for 5–6 minutes. Add the Turkey mince and mix well.
  5. Add red kidney beans, mix it well and add a cup of water.
  6. Cook it for another 15–20 minutes.
